There are many luxury wedding venues across the UK, and we have compiled a list of the best ones.

The Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh
The Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh is in Edinburgh, Scotland. The venue has several rooms to host a ceremony and reception. The New Library can accommodate up to 100 guests, and the book shelves of the Georgian library make for striking wedding photos. The Cullen Suite can be used for smaller weddings as it can host up to 40 guests. The Great Hall can accommodate 150 guests, and the Victorian hall offers a more vintage look.

The building is available for use from mid-morning until 12:00 a.m. When the venue is booked for a wedding, the wedding party and guests have exclusive use of all the rooms. The Queen Street Gardens and Physic Garden can be used for outdoor photographs of the happy couple. The Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh offers several wedding packages and has a list of recommended suppliers. They also offer creche facilities for younger ones during the ceremony and the reception.

Le Petit Château
Le Petit Château is a French-inspired country manor hotel in Newcastle. It can accommodate two- or three-day events with exclusive use of the entire hotel. It has 30 bedrooms and can host from 30 to 160 guests at the ceremony and reception. The Belle Époque chapel is the perfect setting for a romantic fairy tale style wedding, and the Mediterranean Terrace will provide guests with a beautiful view while they sip champaign and sample the hors d'oeuvres. The palm trees, water feature, and fire pits are a charming backdrop for the wedding photos. The rustic Château Ballroom can be set up for a sit-down dinner with plenty of space for dancing later in the evening.

Sefton Palm House
The Sefton Palm House is just outside of Liverpool city centre. This restored 19th century Victorian glasshouse can host up to 220 guests and is accessibility friendly. The Grade II listed venue can be booked for weddings between 2:00 p.m. until 12:00 a.m. It features many varieties of palms and orchids and looks magical when lit up at night. There are plenty of opportunities for outdoor photos in front of the Palm House, and in Sefton Park at the bandstand, by the lake, near the waterfall, and near the fountain. The palm house has an event team which can help the happy couple to plan their wedding. Holdsworth House
Holdsworth House is in Halifax, West Yorkshire. This Jacobean manor hotel is ideal for a country wedding and can accommodate 150 guests. It can be booked for exclusive use, and those who choose a wedding package will get a dedicated wedding team to help them plan their big day. Ceremonies can take place in the Sunken Parterre Garden under the gazebo, in the courtyard, or in the Stuart Room or Abraham Brigg room.

Wollaton Hall
Wollaton Hall is a Grade II listed Elizabethan mansion located in Nottingham. The Great Hall can accommodate 100 guests, the Prospect Room can accommodate 50 guests, and there is also the option of hosting the ceremony in Camellia House. The Lady’s Chamber or Lord Middleton Suite can be used for more intimate ceremonies. The reception can be hosted in any of these rooms, but larger receptions can be hosted in a marquee or tepee in the formal gardens which can accommodate up to 1,000 guests.

Eastnor Castle
Eastnor Castle is in Ledbury, and offers stunning views of the Herefordshire countryside. Ceremonies can take place at the nearby St John the Baptist Church which can accommodate 150 guests, or can be held in the Gothic Drawing Room, the Octagon Room, or the Great Hall. Outdoor ceremonies are popular due to the views of Malvern Hills. The reception can be held indoors or in a marquee on the Lower Terrace to accommodate 600 guests.

Leez Priory
Leez Priory is a multi-award-winning wedding venue in Chelmsford, Essex. There are many places in and around the Tudor house for the ceremony and reception; The Tower, the Coach house, the Great Hall, or outdoors at one of the two carriageways. Food at the wedding breakfast and reception is handled by their in-house catering team, who use fresh local produce, and the happy couple can choose from a set menu or create a bespoke one, or even have a buffet or hog roast. The Grade I listed building is a picturesque setting for wedding photos and there are plenty of areas on the grounds and by the lake to capture some romantic shots.

Syon Park
Syon House and the surrounding Syon Park in Brentford, Greater London, is another superb wedding venue. There are several options for the ceremony; the Great Hall can accommodate 120 guests, the State Dining Room can accommodate 50 guests, and a marquee can be set up in the Walled Garden to accommodate up to 600 guests. The venue offers couples the option of having drinks in the Inner Courtyard before heading into the Great Conservatory for the reception. The happy couple can also get photos in the private gardens.

Nymans
Nymans is the charming gardens that surround the ruins of a gothic mansion in Handcross, West Sussex. It may not sound as luxurious as a wedding in a grand manor or in a château, but the garden is lovingly cared for by the National Trust, and once you see the photos of the walled garden and the loggia, you will understand why it is such a popular choice for couples looking for luxury wedding venues.

Smaller ceremonies of less than 30 guests can be held inside the loggia, but there is enough outdoor seating for 250 guests. There is also the option of having the ceremony in the walled garden and having the reception in the riding house tea-room.

Cowley Manor
Cowley Manor is a luxury hotel in Cheltenham. The ceremony can be held at St Mary's Church which can accommodate 100 guests, or in the manor itself which can accommodate 200 guests. The ceremony can take place indoors or in a marquee. The highlight of the garden is the water staircase, which is a unique backdrop for pictures. The venue can be hired for exclusive use and couples will be offered a wedding coordinator to help with wedding planning. There are 31 bedrooms for the newlyweds and guests to stay in, and there is a pool, a spa, and a mudroom.

Llantilio House
Llantilio House is a restored farm in Abergavenny, Wales, which can accommodate 100 ceremony guests and 200 reception guests. Weddings can take place in the farm house, one of the outhouses, or in one of the barns. The venue can be booked for 2 nights and has 9 rooms in different buildings which can accommodate up to 20 guests, and they can set up yurts for even more guests to stay in. Llantilio House also has a natural pool and spa. Photos can be taken in the courtyard and garden, by the River Trothy, and with the mountains and countryside as a backdrop.

Drenagh Estate
Drenagh House Estate is in Limavady, Northern Ireland. The main hall of the Georgian estate can accommodate 100 ceremony guests and the reception can be held in one of the estate rooms. The wedding party and guests will also have use of the saloon room or the library. Alternatively, a marquee can be set up in the walled garden to accommodate 275 guests or a canopy can be set up in the Moon Garden to accommodate 140 guests. Photos can be taken in the walled garden, terraced garden, The Balustrade, river walks, and woodlands backdrop. There are 8 en suite rooms available on the property.
